Property Amenities

Wide Open Spaces

Our outdoor grounds span 80 acres of forest, meadow, and open sky, providing a dynamic backdrop for gatherings of all kinds. The land features an upper and lower campus connected by trails that weave through old growth trees, a natural amphitheater nestled into the hillside, open meadows and shaded pockets ideal for campouts or ceremonies, and a fire-pit gathering area perfect for evenings under the stars. A tranquil beaver pond invites quiet reflection, while the surrounding wildlife, seasonal blooms, and the vast canopy above offer a sense of grounding and awe. Whether you're hosting a community event, retreat, or artistic offering, the land welcomes you into its rhythm.

Gathering Indoors

We have two main buildings on our land. The first is our uniquely open-concept Learning Center, offering over 1,000 square feet of flexible classroom space. Picture this: a beautifully designed, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen overlooking a spacious gathering area, complete with artisan-crafted live edge wood tables (on wheels!) and an eclectic mix of chairs to suit any setup—whether you're hosting one big table or creating cozy breakout zones. In the warmer months, a large sliding door opens onto an outdoor patio with a firepit, seamlessly blending indoor comfort with outdoor connection. The room is lined with hand-picked antique Asian art sourced from our on-site collection, adding texture, history, and charm to the space. A restroom and separate host/staff kitchen are also included for added ease.

Just steps away is Honeychurch Antiques, our 11,000-square-foot showroom and second classroom option. Brimming with character, this space can double as a workshop venue, gathering hall, or place to simply be inspired by the presence of old things with stories to tell. Upstairs, you'll find one of our dedicated yoga classrooms—complete with a custom-built Iyengar yoga wall. This building also includes a kitchenette and bathroom, making it a comfortable, versatile space for all kinds of offerings.

Tyee Arts is a new project rooted in our love for land, creativity, and connection. We're just getting started, and like all meaningful things, we’re letting it grow organically.
