Courtney Klop (she/they) has been teaching yoga for 10 years and leading group classes even longer—creating compassionate spaces where students can slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. With a trauma-informed, holistic approach, she blends mindful movement, breathwork, and self-inquiry to support both physical and emotional well-being.
